SIAMOO is the result of two traditional stools, the industrial high stool and stool under domestic. Its name comes from the union of the words: Siammese + stool.
It consists of two stools that, although united, have their own personality. The new link between the two allows breaking with the classic function and understanding of this type of furniture, which establishes new relationships and uses.
What used to be a stool now can also be a support table, or vice versa. What it was "one" is now also "two" and vice versa.

Siamoo has its origin in the AVP Competition, sponsored by IMASOTO with the special cooperation of the Madrid Higher Technical College of Architecture (ETSAM) which is always ready to promote initiatives spreading architectural values. A competition for Advanced Architectural Projects Masters Degree students from ETSAM.
Siamoo is constructed with a flat bar folded structure and screwed to the central support of the spindle, which by turning allows the height of the platforms seat / table.
The two entities that make up the furniture are joined through a common tubular joint which allows rotation and alignment of the stools / tables together. The combination of both movements allows the two entities together by setting a single surface.
The seating – surfaces are made by turned wood or steel admitting customization through various final finishes.
